ELE615E Modeling of Semiconductor Components and Devices, (3+0)

Modeling concept. Modeling of the junction diode: Static and dynamic parameters. SPICE diode model. Modelling of the BJT. ELE514 System Theory , (3+0)

Mathematical background: Linear spaces, linear transformations, normed linear spaces, convergens. Axiomatic definitions of systems, state transition and read-out functions.
